I'm seeking easy to clear (no samples) R&B and Hip-Hop songs that will be submitted for sync licensing opportunities for a cable TV show. Songs MUST be well produced and broadcast ready. As this is cable TV gritty songs with profanity is ok. Think shows like Power and Empire.
